SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you have made a bulk order, you may receive your parcels separately (1-2 days apart). All orders are fulfilled and dispatched together, however, we have noticed on some instances carriers delivering parcels separately. If you are missing a package, please contact us.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DELIVERY TIMES IN AUSTRALIA

VICTORIA: 3-5 business days after pickup. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

New South Wales:  3-5  business days after pickup. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

Queensland: 5-7 business days after pickup. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

Western Australia: 5-7 business days after pickup. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

South Australia: 3-5 business days after pickup. Please note that some remote destinations may take a little longer.

We have noticed 1-2 day delays from couriers, so please purchase ahead of time.

Please use the tracking URL tracking details attached on your order. Any issues, please contact us. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Supplies Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
